Su.Pr.Eme.2 Interinstitutional Helpdesk against labour exploitation
Founded in 2021 as part of the P.I.U.Su.Eme. Project, the Helpdesk against labour exploitation was created with the aim of helping people exit labour exploitation, and over the years it has become a key reference point thanks to its ability to promptly identify, support and facilitate access to protection for victims of labour exploitation.
The Helpdesk against labour exploitation is a multi-channel service, accessible through seven communication channels, including a toll-free number, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, a website and email, ensuring quick and easy access at all times.
The service is multilingual, offering support in 16 languages and dialects to respond to the needs of a diverse user base and ensure assistance regardless of language of origin.
The Helpdesk is specialised and qualified, staffed by legal operators, intercultural mediators and experts in countering labour exploitation, to ensure specialised and targeted support.
In addition to providing information on rights and available services, the service also offers guidance, referring users to the most appropriate services in the territory.
Although it is mainly active in the five southern regions of Italy, the Helpdesk is available nationwide, ensuring coverage and support across Italy.
