Su.Pr.Eme. 2 interistitutional Helpdesk against labour exploitation is a multilingual service designed for migrant workers who find themselves in situations of exploitation or vulnerability

Although many reports come from the agricultural sector, labour exploitation and illegal hiring practices are present in many other sectors, including construction, catering, transport, logistics, personal services, and the textile industry.

The Helpdesk against labour exploitation is a multi-channel service, a safe and accessible point of contact for those experiencing exploitation or illegal hiring practices, as well as a concrete support network to help them start over.
Its main purpose is to inform people about their rights and help them escape situations of labour exploitation, as well as to act as a bridge between vulnerable people and local services, bringing together public bodies, associations, and local organisations to build tailored pathways towards social and labour integration.

If you are from a non-EU country and live or work in Italy, you can receive support, a listening ear, and guidance to help you stand up for your rights and improve your situation.

Why contact the Helpdesk?

Because no one should work in degrading conditions or without protection. Regardless of the sector you work in, everyone has the right to be respected, fairly paid, and protected. Knowing your rights is the first step to defending them.
