The Helpdesk against labour exploitation can count on a solid team of legal operators and intercultural mediators, through whom it is able to offer qualified and multilingual assistance to workers in the process of emerging from conditions of exploitation, while facilitating their access to local services.

Specifically, during outreach activities carried out in collaboration with other outreach units in the area, the helpdesk against labour exploitation establishes initial contact and listens to workers, as well as providing information, advice and guidance towards the network of local services.
