Migrant women and access to work: Three Tools against Barriers and Stereotypes by GRASE

GRASE is a two-year project funded by the European Union and coordinated by the ISMU Foundation under the European REC – Rights, Equality and Citizenship programme, focusing on facilitating the access of women with a migration background to the labour market reducing the barriers and stereotypes they may find in career counselling services system.

The study served for the drafting of 3 Toolkits:

1) Intervention strategies that could be implemented in professional counselling services in order to reduce gender and race discrimination;

2) Definition of training modules at career guidance professionals to increase awareness and adoption of correct behaviours;

3) Corrective changes can be made to the digital employment search and skills matching platforms;
