P.I.U.SU.PR.EME. INTERINSTITUTIONAL HELP DESK AGAINST ILLEGAL GANG MASTERING
The interinstitutional Help Desk against labour exploitation for information and
access to services originates in the P.I.U.Su.Pr.Eme. (Percorsi individualizzati
di Uscita dallo Sfruttamento) project, co-funded by the Italian Ministry of
Labour and Social Policies, Directorate General of Immigration and Integration
Policies, and the European Union, through the NOP for Social Inclusion –
European Social Fund 2014-2020

OBJECTIVES
- To help migrants break free from labour exploitation
- To facilitate access to information and local services
- To inform migrants and institutions on the actions implemented by the P.I.U.Su.Pr.Eme. and Su.Pr.Eme. projects in the 5 Southern Italian regions.
In order to increase its effectiveness, the Help Desk works in co-operation with multiple bodies and institutions.

P.I.U.Su.Pr.Eme. integrates and complements the Su.Pr.Eme. Italia project in the areas with the highest numbers of seasonal agricultural migrant workers as well as urban areas, in five Southern Italian regions (Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Apulia, Sicily).
A MULTICHANNEL HELP DESK WHICH MAY BE ACCESSED THROUGH:
- A dedicated toll-free phone line
- An integrated multi-language web site
- Social media
Legal workers, cultural mediators and experts on labour exploitation offer multilingual counselling and support in Italian, English, French, Arabic, Pidgin, Edo/Benin, Fula, Pular, Mandinka, Wolof, Urdu, Pasto.
The Help Desk is open Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.Messages received after working hours are followed-up and senders are recontacted. Contact us!
