Adopted the National Plan for the fight against undeclared work 2023-2025

On 22 December 2022 the National Plan to Combat Undeclared Work 2023-2025 was published in the Official Journal, prepared by the Technical Table chaired and coordinated by the Director General of the Ministry, Romolo De Camillis.

The Plan represents the achievement, within the deadline of 31 December 2022, of Milestone M5C1-8: “Entry into force of a national plan and the implementation roadmap for combating undeclared work in all economic sectors” of the PNRR.

The aim of the Plan is to tackle the phenomenon of irregular work across in all economic sectors concerned. The activities will be multiple: compliance and supervision are characterized by a wide sphere of action. However, the analysis has shown that some sectors are particularly exposed compared to others. Among these, domestic work and agriculture deserve special attention.

In addition, the adoption of statistical indicators based on direct and indirect information, providing on the one hand a monitoring of the individual economic sectors or types of companies affected by the Plan policies, is envisaged, on the other hand an overall overview of undeclared work in Italy.
